This new Opinel knife is versatile and can be used for cutting and peeling chestnuts, peeling garlic or pitting fruit.

The knife, made in France, has a 4 cm short blade made of stainless steel Sandvik 12C27M, which can be fixed with the Virobloc safety ring, as is usual with Opinel. The handle of this model is made of French chestnut wood to match the intended use.
