Kalimbas

Kalimbas are sounding reed instruments which have their origin in the south of Africa and can be found there in innumerable forms and designs. Our Kalimba B5 is made of solid American cherry and carefully handcrafted in Germany. The surfaces are treated and polished with vegetable oils and waxes. The 5 sounding reeds are precisely tuned in C-pentatonic, which supports intuitive and free playing.
