Magic Wood Wooden Building Blocks 72 ecoBlocks

The original idea for the wooden construction blocks came from a Waldorf teacher in the USA.

He noticed that children in the transition to the second seven years have a great desire to construct and build. Unfortunately, conventional wooden building blocks did not satisfy this urge, as their natural and uneven shape did not allow for the realisation of larger structures.

So he came up with the idea of preserving the natural shape and bark of ordinary branches and tree slices on one side, but standardising the spacing.

This is how the blocks with a height of 2,4,6,8 or 10 cm came into being.

Thanks to the natural feel, wonderful buildings can be created with them.

The set contains 72 pieces and is especially suitable for institutions and kindergartens with children of pre-school age.

The building blocks are made of FSC certified wood and are heat treated, sanded and oiled.
